1 Year Warranty

For all of our New, Unused, Like New, Certified Refurbished, Refurbished and Repair Order products, we offer an industry leading 1 Year Warranty for all parts and labor. Since electronic components can sometimes become defective in the course of their useful life, we do offer our 1 Year Warranty to provide our customers with maximum protection and reliability. If your product fails at any time during the 1 Year Period after the date of invoice, give us a call to coordinate the repair or replacement of your defective item (s). Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear-tear associated with usage or abnormal wear-and-tear due to acts of God or equipment abuse. For more details regarding such exceptions, please call 866-655-8324.

45 Day Advanced Replacement Policy

Any product sold with our 1 Year Warranty is also backed by our 45 Day Advanced Replacement Policy. If your product is deemed defective (eligible for warranty) at any time during the 45 days after the date of invoice, we will ship you a replacement immediately. Upon receipt of the replacement, you will be required to return the defective unit within 10 business days, using the prepaid call tag supplied in the box with your Advanced Replacement. If your defective return is not received within 10 business days ReLogisTechs reserves the right to bill your credit card for the full amount of the Advanced Replacement. You must have a valid credit card on file to receive this service.

* This policy is only valid as long as we have replacements available for these items. If we do not have replacements available, we will pay for expedited shipping to our facility, repair the order within 1 business day of receipt and expedite shipping back to you. In the event your equipment is deemed unrepairable, we will credit your account for the return.


30 Day Free Tech Support Policy

To show our commitment to delivering customer satisfaction, we will provide Free Tech Support within the 30 days after the date of invoice to ensure that you are able to properly configure the equipment that you purchased from us.

* This policy is only valid for equipment that you have purchased from us and is restricted to 30 minutes of Free Tech Support within the 30 Day period after the date of invoice. Additional Tech Support will be billed at an hourly rate of $85 per hour in 15 minute increments.

Non-Defective Return Policy – Returns for reasons other than product quality or performance
ReLogisTechs, LLC values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for all products that you purchase directly from ReLogisTechs. Under this policy, you may return to ReLogisTechs within 30 days from the date of invoice, products that you purchased directly from ReLogisTechs for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.

Hardware Products and Accessories: Unless you have a separate agreement with ReLogisTechs or except as provided in the section below, all hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and software that is unopened and still in its/their sealed package or, if delivered electronically, that has not been downloaded, may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees. Please know that our FREE GROUND SHIPPING offer is not valid if the product is returned and your refund will include the total amount of the invoice minus the unbilled freight amount. All returned products must be complete in original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Incomplete returns will be refused.

Restocking Fees

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a ReLogisTechs error, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, and miscellaneous parts.

How to Request a Return

To return products, you must contact ReLogisTechs (1-866-655-8324) or salesadmin@relogistechs.com and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number within the return policy period applicable to the product you want to return. You MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number in order to return the product.
You must ship the products to ReLogisTechs within five (5) days of the date that ReLogisTechs issues the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

You must:

Ship back all products you are seeking to return to ReLogisTechs. At ReLogisTechs’ discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing and any unadvertised discounts or concessions. Return the products in their original packaging along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment. Ship the product(s) at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. A copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be faxed or email to you and must accompany your returned product. You may place this inside of the box being returned or insert it into a plastic sleeve secured to the outside of your return package. Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, ReLogisTechs will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees once the customer claims have been verified.

Note: Before you ship the product(s) to us, make sure to back up the data on the hard drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information, removable media, such as floppy disks, CDs, or PC Cards. We are not responsible for any of your confidential, proprietary or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media.
